We recently changed our name and branding from McLamb Wellness & Aesthetics to Elevated Aesthetics. Here’s how it came about & what it means for the future!
Why the name change?
I wanted to change our logo, because although it worked beautifully for us in the early years, it portrayed the “mobile wellness” side of the business that we simply are not doing anymore. Knowing that the logo was changing, I saw it as my opportunity to change the brand as a whole, with new fonts and color schemes. I also recognized the evolution of what has become this medspa – one that is a modern, boutique-style medspa with simple style and big results. I wanted a simple, chic name that reflected that modernity, that high-level/results-driven medspa we’ve become known for, and that reflected my personal and professional views better. I highly value our desire and work ethic to stand out among the crowds of medspas and injectors popping up everywhere. We want to offer something different, unique, and fresh. We want to differentiate ourselves and be on the cutting edge of technology & techniques, like we have from the beginning. I was the first provider in our area to use Jeuveau, the first to use Versa filler, the first to use & perfect Sculptra, the first to carry the amazing brands Skinbetter Science & Hydrinity and still the only medspa offering the Glo2 Facial.
Why “Elevated”?
I worked on various options for the new name for months on end and couldn’t find one that truly reflected the vision I had for our medspa and what we wanted to offer our clients. One day, I was listening to a podcast and the speaker kept referring to an “elevated” approach to something or an “elevated” look, and I just loved that term and what it conveyed.
The name Elevated Aesthetics was born out of a desire to have my patients walk in with an elevated expectation of what can be achieved with us. We strive to raise your personal standard for your own skin health, by empowering you to see that it’s okay to take care of yourself and your skin, and you deserve as much. We are committed to getting you in the best skin of your life!
So it only seemed natural that as this medspa has evolved and we’ve found our niche, that our name would reflect that more readily.
