Elevated Aesthetics, previously McLamb Mobile Wellness, was opened in 2021 as a way to provide access to COVID testing. Once the pandemic settled down, we loved the idea of wellness which also led us to aesthetics. Our brick-and-mortar medspa opened in May 2023 as McLamb Wellness and Aesthetics, but Tara was injecting in various locations for a while before that as well! MW&A’s main focus was the aesthetics world, with our offering of “botox”, fillers, and other skin needs. Tara’s passion grew in helping patients build collagen and improve their overall skin health through biostimulation, regenerative treatments and aesthetics – thus expanding to be Elevated Aesthetics.
We are a modern medspa located in the heart of beautiful downtown Goldsboro! We believe in enhancing the beauty you were born with! Elevated Aesthetics also provides a few wellness services, such as Injections of B12, Lipo Mino, Tri-Immune Boost, and Glutathione!
About Tara McLamb, NP-C, MSN, CTTS, BSN, RN
Owner & provider at Elevated Aesthetics
I am a board-certified Nurse Practitioner and have been a NP since 2010. Prior to that, I was an ICU & ER nurse from 2003-2010. For my BSN, I attended UNC-Wilmington and East Carolina University for my MSN/NP. My NP expertise has been primary care, preventive care, and gastroenterology/hepatology. My passion is in educating my patients on how to achieve wellness well into old age, and empowering them to be their own self-advocates. I like to say that “aesthetics found me.” I never planned on being an aesthetics provider but seemingly fell into it and then fell in love with it! I have trained extensively in advanced techniques and am proud to offer my patients expert care on a level that only a provider can! My goal is to highlight the beauty that is naturally within each patient that sits in my chair. When not at the spa, I enjoy hiking, going to the mountains & beach, traveling the world, tending to my flower garden, and spending time with my son & husband.
Megan Bourque, BSN, RN
Aesthetic Injector
Megan began her healthcare journey at Lenoir Community College, where she earned her Certified Surgical Technologist certification in 2015 and Registered Nurse degree in 2018. She later advanced her education with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Post University in 2020, the same year she transitioned into the world of aesthetics—where her passion truly came to life.
As an aesthetic injector since 2020, Megan is deeply committed to helping clients feel more confident in their own skin. Her approach is rooted in education, transparency, and individualized treatment planning, empowering every client to make decisions that align with their goals.
Megan is dedicated to staying at the forefront of the industry, consistently investing in advanced training and emerging techniques to deliver the safest, most elevated outcomes. She is extensively trained in:

Katie Fletcher, BSN, RN
Aesthetic Provider
Katie’s passion for wellness, prevention, and helping women feel their best has shaped every chapter of her career. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Barton College in 2006, then spent over 12 years in critical care and PACU nursing, where she developed exceptional clinical skills, a calm presence, and a deep compassion for patient care.
Her love for empowering women also led her to become an ISSA-certified personal trainer, where she taught strength, confidence, and healthy nutrition. These experiences naturally guided her toward aesthetics—an avenue where she could blend her medical background with her heart for helping others look and feel like the best version of themselves.
Katie has been working in aesthetics for the past two years, beginning with wellness IV therapy before expanding into full aesthetic treatments. She loves the preventative side of aging and skin health, as well as the transformative results clients experience through the modalities offered at Elevated Aesthetics. But her favorite part? The one-on-one conversations and connections she builds with each patient—moments she describes as “therapy sessions for them and for me.” Many of those clients have become friends along the way.
Outside of Elevated Aesthetics, Katie is a wife and proud mom of four, a lifestyle that keeps faith and family at the center of everything she does. She also supports her husband as a North Carolina real estate agent—another extension of her passion for serving people with honesty, care, and heart.
Katie brings warmth, clinical expertise, and a sincere love for people to every appointment, making her a calming and confidence-boosting presence for anyone who walks through our doors.
Allie Wall
Licensed Esthetician & Certified Acne Specialist
Allie’s passion for skin health began long before her professional career. As a teenager, she struggled with acne and knows firsthand how deeply skin concerns can impact confidence. That experience is what fuels her heart for helping others feel comfortable, understood, and empowered in their own skin. No matter the concern, Allie is committed to doing everything she can to support each client on their journey to healthier, happier skin.
Allie graduated Cum Laude from Charles B. Aycock High School in 2023 and went on to earn her Esthetics License from Lenoir Community College in 2024. She furthered her expertise by becoming a Certified Acne Specialist, allowing her to take a targeted, results-driven approach to one of the most common (and emotional) skin challenges.
Before joining Elevated Aesthetics, Allie gained hands-on experience working in a medspa during her senior year of high school as part of the guest relations team. Her early exposure to the field solidified her love for aesthetics and shaped her warm, client-centered approach.
Allie officially joined the Elevated Aesthetics team in November 2024, bringing with her a blend of compassion, fresh knowledge, and genuine dedication to helping clients achieve skin they love.
Lanie Bonifas
Licensed Esthetician
Lanie’s journey into aesthetics began with her own skin struggles, which introduced her to the skincare world and her desire to learn and help others.
After graduating Cum Laude from Eastern Wayne High, she went to complete her Associates at Wayne Community College and then on to pursue her passion at Lenoir Community College.
Now, as a licensed aesthetician at Elevated Aesthetics, she is dedicated to providing high-quality treatments and helping you achieve a radiant, youthful glow. She states, “I’m looking forward to working together to create a skincare plan that works for you.
