Neurotoxin injections for a lip flip or correction of a gummy smile help enhance the appearance of the upper lip by relaxing the surrounding muscles. This would include the use of Jeuveau, Xeomin, or Dysport. Typically, 4-12 units are used, depending on the patient’s anatomy and desired outcome. Treatments are generally performed every 3 months to maintain results. The cost is $11 per unit.
