Neurotoxin injections for a lip flip or correction of a gummy smile help enhance the appearance of the upper lip by relaxing the surrounding muscles. This would include the use of Jeuveau, Xeomin, or Dysport. Typically, 4–12 units are used, depending on the patient’s anatomy and desired outcome. Treatments are generally performed every 3 months to maintain results. The cost is $11 per unit.
